I
have been a Realtor working for Carriage Realty since April
of 2004 and during that time the real estate market has changed
significantly. I have adapted to those changes through education
by making myself a stronger agent obtaining my Short Sales
& Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) and Accredited
Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR).
My
years of real estate experience have provided me the opportunity
to learn and take in what many cities around the Metro Area
have to offer. Currently I live St. Paul with my wife, where
I was born and raised. I attended Holy Spirit Catholic Grade
School and graduated from Cretin-Derham Hall High School.
To remain active in the community has been important to me.
Therefore, I volunteer my time at events throughout the metro
area like Feed My Starving Children, Highland Fest, Habitat
for Humanity and assisting first time homebuyer's educational
courses at local housing and redevelopment authority seminars.
Some of my favorite personal activities are working out at
Lifetime Fitness in Highland Park , running marathons, playing
hockey or just hanging out at J&S Bean Factory taking
in the scent of roasted coffee beans!
What
I enjoy most about Carriage Realty is working for a small
company that can deliver BIG results! Carriage Realty
has the expertise to market, advertise and search for homes
going above and beyond what our clients expect. I love to
hear my clients tell me that my service level has exceeded
their expectations and that they feel they have made a new
friend during our transaction. Visit the testimonials
page to read more about the difference working with Carriage
Realty has produced for our clients!
It's
my objective to help clients get the best sales price in their
transaction but most importantly, to help guide and educate
them during the real estate process making it as fun and easy
for everyone!
