Karen Stang, Owner/Broker of Carriage Realty, Inc. has been selected as a SUPER REAL ESTATE AGENT by Twin Cities Monthly Magazine and Mpls. St. Paul Magazine. In April and May of 2003, Crescendo Partners formed a partnership with Twin Cities Business Monthly and Mpls. St. Paul Magazine and mailed 18,800 nomination ballots to 7500 homebuyers who had recent experiences with real estate agents, 1300 metropolitan mortgage and title companies, and to 5,000 subscribers of Twin Cities Monthly Magazine and Mpls. St. Paul.

Each respondent was asked to nominate the real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience, and to assess them according to the following criteria; integrity, knowledge, communication skills, closing preparation, professionalism, and overall customer service.

Nominated agents passing the screening process were reviewed by a panel of 20 industry experts. This year's SUPER REAL ESTATE AGENTS represents fewer than 3 percent of the licensed real estate agents in the Twin Cities area.

More than half of all nominators of the SUPER AGENTS indicated that personal integrity was the number one attribute they look for in selecting an agent.

Karen Stang has been an active Realtor since 1995. When contacted about this honor, Karen expressed appreciation to her past client and business partners. Karen also stated that her success is driven by referrals from past clients and a great team of mortgage professionals, inspectors, title companies, and closers.
