Craig McDaniels joined Carriage Realty in 2009 and brings a wealth of real estate experience from his background in new home building. Craig obtained his real estate license in 2005 and served in both sales and sales management roles for a national home builder. Craig has worked with single family and multi-family buyers, coaching them through the process of selling their home and purchasing a new one. 

As a member of the Carriage Realty team, Craig will focus on assisting his clients in identifying their real estate goals and will insure that their new purchase or sale of their existing home is seamless and is as stress free as possible.  He is passionate about helping others and has strong customer service and business ethics.

Craig earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.  He has completed a

mini MBA at the University of St. Thomas as well as additional business training at the Carlson School of Business, University of Minnesota.  Craig has lived in Woodbury, Minnesota since 1996 with his wife Laurie and their sons, Matthew and Tommy.  In his free time, Craig enjoys spending time with his family and participates in sports such as cycling and mountain climbing.
